What Is STIG’s Warranty Policy?

STIG’s Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for all authentic product(s) for a period of up to fourteen (14) days from the date of retail purchase from www.STIGPods.com, and from retailers by the original purchaser. STIG Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers.

What is NOT Covered by STIG’s Warranty Policy?

  1. Cosmetic damage that does not affect usage;

  2. Damage damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, acts of nature, or other external causes;

  3. Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by STIG Pods in the device documentation;

  4. A pod that has 15% or less of juice left;

  5. Normal performance degradation of batteries;

  6. Lost or stolen items;

  7. A device or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability;

  8. Opening, disassembling or tampering with your device in any way will void this Limited Warranty.

  9. Cloned products that are not manufactured by or for STIG. STIG has a continuing commitment to quality and service in the fight against unauthorized and counterfeit devices. We advise consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from resellers. While STIG Pods would like to help the victims of counterfeits, we are not able to reimburse money used to purchase counterfeit products, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes. In the case where we have a good faith belief that warranty claims are the result of counterfeit devices, we may reject such warranty claims, in our sole discretion.

How To Get STIG Warranty Service?

STIG Pods comes with a fourteen (14) day limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. If multiple packs are purchased in a single transaction, this will be taken into account during our warranty procedure.

To obtain service under STIG’s Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must contact STIG Customer Service to arrange warranty service by submitting a support request.

  1. An account must be created on STIGPods.com complete with full legal name, a valid shipping address, phone number, and email address.

  2. A Support Request must be sent to info@STIGPods.com with the following information:

    1. 2-5 photos of the front and back of both the pods and packaging are required to ensure authenticity. If photos of the packaging is NOT provided the warranty process can not be completed. 

    2. Proof of purchase is required before warranty service will be provided. Please request and retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records. If the purchase was made through STIGPods.com, please simply provide your order number.

    3. Provide a scanned color-copy or high quality photo of your government-issued identification or a valid driver's license.

    4. Including a description of the situation with as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service.

Please note:

  • Please understand that the name on the STIG account be identical to the name on the identification that is submitted.

  • All warranty replacements are subject to age-verification.

  • Any government-issued identification submitted must be valid. Any identification which found to be expired, counterfeit or non-government-issued will forfeit the right to a warranty claim.

  • STIG Customer Service may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service.

  • Depending on your geographical location, a replacement device may not be shipped if your state or country has laws which prohibits retailers/distributors to sell or distribute tobacco products to or within that state or country, all warranty claims will be denied until such laws are changed.

  • STIG Pods is not responsible for unavoidable shipping and customs regulations and/or certain restrictions may apply to those outside of the United States. Any fees incurred by the customer persists as their encumbrance.

  • We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if we believe that such a warranty claim is fraudulent or designed to avoid the restrictive properties of this site.

  • STIG reserves the right to change the terms of this limited warranty without any prior notice and at its sole discretion.

  • Authenticity of STIG Pods are not 100% guaranteed unless purchased through STIGPods.com. All information provided is reviewed by our R&D Department for the authenticity determination. The authenticity determination is to ensure safety for consumers. We do not recommend continued use of counterfeit STIG Products. All authenticity determinations are final.

What Will STIG Do?

If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 14 day warranty period, STIG will, at its discretion, either: 

  1. Exchange the device for a new one; or 

  2. Provided a coupon code for the value of (1) Stig Pod.

Can I Return My Device For Refund?

Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on www.StigPods.com and must be returned directly to STIG within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If the package is opened, a refund cannot be honored.

Devices purchased through any retailer will not be refunded by Stig Pods; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds. 

What is the Scope of STIG and Your Rights and Responsibilities?

  1. In no event shall STIG be liable for monetary damages or other losses arising from any device defect or failure, including, but not limited to, for any loss of use, time or for any inconvenience or for any incidental or consequential damages.

  2. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

  3. Some states and/or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.

  4. STIG is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices.
